The Spring Green #21: Glengarry Gardens Review and Giveaway (Ends 5/6) CLOSED

We grow, harvest and extract our plants organically and ethically. In order to make our essential oils we mindfully process the plant matter ourselves. This is done via steam distillation, no chemicals or solvents are used to speed up the process or increase extraction rates.
A very informative Essential Oil Guide is available on the Glengarry Gardens website. Check it out if you are curious to learn more about essential oils.
I received two Glengarry Gardens products: the Chocolate Orange Body Butter and the Livacious Lip Balm in Chai Celeste. The body butter is very rich and pampering, and smells good enough to eat. Chocolate and orange, yum! It felt wonderful on my dry skin. This product is a delicious blend of rich organic butters and oils, and makes my skin feel nourished and hydrated.
The lip balm is just as delicious - creamy and gentle on my lips. The main ingredient is unrefined cocoa butter,
and it also contains beeswax, organic shea butter, and other oils and extracts. There are no additives, no artificial flavors or colorings.

I learned that essential oils are very potent, and you should never apply them directly to the skin, but always dilute them in a carrier oil before applying
