My kids love fruit - and most veggies. We eat whole wheat bread, shop for produce at the farmer's market, and this year even bought a CSA share. Still, I worry about getting enough fiber in their diet.

    My daughter actually uses the fiber gummies already. Even with eating healthy, she has problems.
