MyWallaby Agile Doll Carrier: Review

Monday, September 06, 2010 Posted by Dina N

My daughter loves pretend play, and being just like Mommy is her favorite game. Walking around with a purse on her shoulder, pretending to go to the store or run errands are among the things she likes to do.

Now she has a special purse of her own that doubles up as a carrier for Rose, her beloved doll. We received the myWallaby Agile Doll Carrier in beautiful blue and green. This color combination is called Isle of Capri, and the bag is turquoise, the pouch - light green, with champagne lining and camel bottom and strap. The bag is of excellent quality, and I would not mind having an adult version of it. My daughter can use it as a purse, or open it and put her doll inside. There is a doll pocket for Rose's legs that can fold in when not in use. A zippered pouch on the front of the bag can hold her wallet, hair accessories, and small items.

The strap is adjustable via a long strip of Velcro, and the excess length can be tucked in a slot on the side of the bag. This sizing system doubles up as an important safety feature because too much weight or pull will cause the strap to release.

My daughter loves her new purse, and takes it along everywhere we go. We usually ask Rose to stay home and take a nap.

The myWallaby Agile Doll Carrier comes in several pretty color combinations, and would make a great gift for any little girl in your life. It is available on the company's website and retails at $44.95, with a special web price of $39.99.

How Clever these are. My granddaughter would probably love it as much as your daughter does. Too bad the contest closed yesterday :( I don't think I could afford $45 for a toddler purse.

    Thanks for sharing!
