Cooking with Le Creuset and CSN Stores

Earlier this year, I found some much needed inspiration in the kitchen with the wonderful Le Creuset stock pot I got from CSN Stores. Since then, this cherry beauty has been the most used pot in my house. I cook pasta, soups, stews, you name it. I've been enjoying making all sorts of delicious meals with the fall veggies we get at the farmers' market. Our CSA share has really picked up over the summer!

As much as I love my 6 quart Le Creuset, sometimes I need a pot that is a bit larger. So I got another one! This times, it's the Le Creuset 8 quart stock pot - in cherry, of course. And this new pot came with a free set of Le Creuset mini prep bowls! Can you guess what color I picked for the bowls?

I love the quality of Le Creuset cookware, and how easy it is to shop for it - and for thousands of other items - at CSN Stores. Their 200+ stores offer a vast selection of products, sites that are a snap to navigate, great service, and deliver my orders within days.

I used my new pot this weekend to make a yummy vegetarian kale soup. I tweaked a recipe I found online, and voila - the soup came out perfect! The pot is easy to clean, and one of the best looking cookware pieces in my kitchen. The Le Creuset prep bowls are made from silicone, and they do not absorb or transfer food odors. They are dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe. The set includes 4 bowls, ranging in size from 1/4 cup to 1 cup. They are soft and flexible, and I can pinch them to pour ingredients with ease and no spilling. Oh, and when I use them to serve dips and sauces, they look so beautiful on my table!

I am very happy with all Le Creuset cookware I got at CSN Stores, and will definitely add more to my collection. Hooray for inspiration in the kitchen!

I think that your pot is gorgeous and I may have to get one for myself. CSN is the best!
