Keeping Carpets Clean with Stanley Steemer: Spot Remover Review

Sunday, December 12, 2010 Posted by Dina N

My carpets have taken quite a beating since I had kids. Usually, I take care of every little mess as soon as I see it - but sometimes I don't right away. Then one day, usually while I vacuum, I see an ISO - unidentified spot object - on the carpet. What is it and how do I take it out? Your guess is as good as mine.

Stanley Steemer have been helping customers keep their homes cleaner for over 60 years. The company has more than 300 locations in 48 states. I knew that they offer professional carpet cleaning but Stanley Steemer does so much more: furniture cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, and so on. They can even clean the interior of my car.

While I have not tried the Stanley Steemer cleaning services, I've been wishing for all the handy cleaning products and tools available at their online store. The company sent me their Spot Remover, and I was very impressed. I tried it on a couple of ISOs on the carpet under my dining room table, and they came right off.

The Stanley Steemer Spot Remover is easy to use - just spray, wait, and blot with a clean cloth. It is water-based, odorless, and non-flammable - all very important attributes in my house. It makes The spot treatment can be used on carpets and upholstery, and works on many types of stains including those from coffee, chocolate, cosmetics, food, oils and more.

I was happy to learn that the spot remover was recently approved to carry the EPA's Design for the Environment label because product safety matters a lot to me, especially with products I use around my kids. The spot remover has been recognized as safe for children and pets.

You can find the Stanley Steemer Spot Remover and other useful cleaning products at the Stanley Steemer online store. In the season of entertaining, everyone wants carpets and floors at their best - and Stanley Steemer can help you do just that.

I've tried a variety of products--some good, some not so good--and I need something safe for pets. Stanley Steemer has a good reputation for cleaning carpets so I will look into this product to use the next time I run across an ISO.
