I read labels to make sure I'm getting enough. I eat cereals high in fiber and my whole wheat bread is high in fiber.

I try to get enough fiber by eating a serving or two of the Fiber One cereal, I like to just munch on it no milk or anything, has almost 60% of daily fiber, I also just started using Benefiber in my morning coffee too.
