Back in college, I took a lot of notes. Hours and hours of writing = really bad pain. The pain got so intense that I could not use my hand for weeks. It actually traveled up and down the entire right side of my body. I ended up on physical therapy for three months. How I wish I had used an ergonomic pen... alas, UGlee pens did not exist back then.
These days, I don't do nearly as much writing but I can still appreciate a good pen. The UGlee pen is an ergonomic pen partially covered with soft jelly-like material providing a comfortable grip. Its shape is specifically engineered for a good fit with the anatomy of your hand. This comfort pen writes with ease and weighs just 11 grams. I wondered why it is called UGlee since the pen is very cute and not at all ugly. It turned out UGlee stands for Ultimate Grip Pen by Dr. James Lee. I love how well it fits in my hand - the pen feels almost like a natural extension of my fingers.
The barrel of the UGlee pen comes in seven cool colors. To my daughter's great delight, I received a set in pink. She says she can only do homework with an UGlee pen now. Well now I can only write shopping lists and sign school notes with an UGlee pen, so I told her we'd share.
And to my great (green) delight, the UGlee pens are refillable. Sets of 10 cartridges in black, blue or red can be purchased online. A set of three UGlee pens costs $30. Travelling back in time to use only UGlee pens in college? Would have been priceless.
One lucky U.S. reader will win a set of UGlee pens (ARV $30)!
