They usually eat veggies when they are with something else, like in a casserole, or they will eat salads. Still hard to get them to eat regular steamed veggies, though, even with butter.

We are a big fan of lemon pepper - it works with almost everything. And you don't have to add butter to carry it off.

A sprinkle of sea salt and some shredded parmesan cheese. Just enough to give it a little kick but not overwhelm the veggies.
