Holiday Gift Guide 2011: Pamela's Quilted Pillow Protectors #Giveaway

Saturday, November 26, 2011 Posted by Dina N

Ahhh, the gift of a good (long) sleep. I have to admit I never fully appreciated it until I had kids and my days no longer had enough hours. Now I focus on getting the best sleep I can in the time I have.

One way to do that is make sure my pillow is as comfy as possible. For the past couple of months, I've been enjoying a quilted pillow protector. I love the extra comfort it provides! If you missed my review of Pamela's Quilted Pillow Protectors, go back and read it because you can win a set! These pillow protectors will make a great gift, too. Hooray for good sleep!

The Giveaway
One lucky U.S. reader will win a set of two Pamela's Quilted Pillow Protectors! The winner may choose between queen and king size.

To enter, please follow the instructions on the Rafflecopter form.

I think it's a great idea simply because you can remove them and wash them!

I always use a pillow protector before adding a pillow case. This looks like a great way to make my pillows more comfy, too! They aren't as expensive as I thought they would be either. Thanks for the review and giveaway!! :)

I use pillow protectors now and hadn't heard of quilted protectors. Your review leads me to believe they not only protect the pillow but also add a little cushiony softness for even more comfort.

I would really like to try the Pamela's Quilted Pillow Protectors. I have allergy protectors on my pillows, but I would love to have something that is soft, comfy, and laundry safe. The fabric is nice and thick. They really should last a long time.

    Thank you,

I love that you described the thickness and your example of why not if you have a quilted mattress cover why not on your pillow. Also love that they do not cost a fortune and last that always seems to be the problem.

This is a great idea...it makes total sense to use a quilted cover for your pillow as you would to protect your mattress.

My pillows don't last very long, so if these help keep them from wearing out so fast, I want to try them.

I've always used pillow protectors, and like you, never really thought about quilted! But it sounds great--if it's good enough for mattress covers, good enough for pillows!

These are a great idea. They would be much easier to wash than the pillow. I've tried washing pillows, even following the directions, and they usually end up lumpy.

I use mattress protectors, but I have never even seen pillow protectors. It seems that they would extend the life or your pillows and make them softer.

I love that they're washable! My only concern is if they are hot to sleep on. I'm a hot sleeper and I need to keep cool. What do you think? Have you noticed any extra heat?

I think this is a fantastic idea.. and one I'd never heard of. I really could use these.. maybe it would keep my pillow cases from sliding off my slippery pillows? Awesome.
