I read Real Moms Love to Eat in one day. Then I read it again. I felt like I've spent time with a good girlfriend who happens to love great food as much as I do. I nodded, I laughed, and thought more than a few times - this is SO true! Beth Aldrich, a fellow blogger, is a healthy lifestyle and nutrition spokesperson who knows good food.
