I've already blogged about the yumminess of Lucy's Cookies but for those who missed my reviews, here are the highlights. Lucy's Cookies contain no peanuts, tree nuts, milk, or eggs. They were created by an M.D., the mom of a child with severe allergies. She came up with cookies produced in a carefully controlled bakery and tested for trace amounts of milk, eggs, gluten, peanuts and almonds. Lucy's Cookies are made with all-natural ingredients. They are vegan, non-GMO, and have zero trans fats and cholesterol. Three of Lucy's Cookies have only 120 calories.
