My Thoughts
I am a big fan of Vicky Dreiling's fun romance novels, and her latest does not disappoint. How to Ravish a Rake
brings together a former "wallflower" and an incorrigible rake who seem oh so wrong for each other. She is shy and innocent, smart, talented and unconventionally beautiful. He is a notorious charmer, gambler and womanizer who prefers to spend his time travelling, away from his large loving family. Thanks to circumstances and social norms beyond their control, the two are forced into marriage. Will it be a society marriage of pretense and convenience? Will the rake mend his ways and succeed in wooing his wife? Will the secrets they keep from each other destroy their marriage? You'll have to read the book to find out.
