My Thoughts
My kids discovered cake pops at Starbucks. While these make a nice occasional treat, I've always wished we could make them at home. And now we can - thanks to a sweet little cookbook called Crazy for Cake Pops.

by Molly Bakes takes you step by step through the art of cake pop making. It all starts with baking a cake, of course. The book includes a helpful chapter on what equipment you'd need , followed by a section listing several cake recipes and frosting. Then you really get down to business. The part explaining every step of creating the cake pops is illustrated with helpful photos. The cookbook has a great chapter on cake pop designs, overflowing with delicious, beautiful ideas, such as presents, tropical fish, birds, baubles, and more. Last but not least, read about cake pops making techniques, and find out where to get your supplies. Crazy for Cake Pops puts those pricey coffee shop cake pops to shame.
