My kids and I have tried several soy snacks, and they turned out to be great lunch box ideas. We love the SoyJoy baked whole soy and fruit bars. They are tasty and satisfying, and a good source of iron, fiber, vitamin B-12, magnesium and zinc. The Mango Coconut are my favorite SoyJoy bars while my kids prefer the strawberry ones.
Soy milk is a good alternative to cow milk, especially for those with lactose intolerance. My daughter enjoys both the vanilla and the chocolate flavors. While I cannot get used to soy milk in my coffee, I love it in smoothies.
Last but not least, the Honey Nutz are delicious honey roasted soybeans, perfect for snacking at home or on the go. Each ounce provides 9 g of protein and a handful of crunchy yumminess.
One lucky U.S. reader will win a soyfoods prize pack, including SoyJoy bars, soy milk, and soynuts!
