Delicious Gift Ideas from Shari's Berries

Friday, January 25, 2013 Posted by Dina N

Valentine's Day is coming up, and I have a question for you. Would you rather get a dozen red roses, or a dozen of chocolate-dipped strawberries? My answer is, both.

Shari's Berries offers these romantic gifts, plus many others that I would not mind getting on Valentine's Day. Their site has dozens of delicious temptations, beautifully presented and perfect for saying I Love You. Whether it's for Valentine's Day, for an anniversary, or just because someone makes your life special in a thousand little ways, a thoughtful gift from Shari's Berries can help express your appreciation.

How about 12 months of strawberries? That's one of my favorites - each  month,  some lucky person gets a half dozen of chocolate-dipped strawberries. They are even appropriately themed: from New Year's Berries to Summer Strawberries to Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas - you guessed it, strawberries. I can never have too many strawberries in chocolate.

Since I knew sharing chocolate-dipped strawberries would be a big challenge for me, I decided to try something else from Shari's Berries. Everyone in my family loves nuts and dried fruit so I picked the Gourmet Fruit and Nut Rose. My beautifully arranged goodies arrived in five days. A wooden tray contained 5 oz each of Dried Peaches and Dried Apricots, 7 oz Dried Jumbo Pears, and 3 oz each of Jumbo Almonds, Jumbo Cashews, Smoky Almonds, California Colossal Pistachios, and Dried Ruby Red Plums. The nuts were perfectly roasted, the fruit aromatic and delicious. I have to admit that none of them lasted more than two days. We do enjoy our fruit and nuts around here.

Whether your treat of choice is chocolate, fruit, nuts, or all of the above, Shari's Berries probably has it. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go bookmark some Valentine's Day hints for my husband...
