I'd choose the Teen Cuisine: New Vegetarian Book. My daughter has a friend who is a vegetarian and has gotten her curious about trying it, and I've always preferred an almost vegetarian diet, so I'd be happy to try out the recipes with her.

I like the title Teen Cuisine: New Vegetarian. It is definite in telling you exactly what the cookbook is about. Mainly it would be for myself, but I would be sharing it with my aunt.

Although I think I'd like to look over Teen Cuisine too, I would probably give it to my daughter. The idea of easy, step by step instructions sounds like a great intro to making your own healthy food. Thanks!

I think the Teen Cuisine: New Vegetarian is great! I know that my daughter would love it, since she decided about a year ago that she really doesn't want to eat meat. And I'm always looking for new dishes to make for her (and us as a family!)
