Historical Romance Double Book Bundle #Giveaway

Tuesday, August 27, 2013 Posted by Dina N

I've got some exciting news for fans of historical romance. Amanda Scott, one of my favorite romance novelists - and also known as The mother of Scottish romance - has a new book out today! The Knight's Temptress, published by Forever, is the second installment of The Lairds of the Loch series. If you've never read an Amanda Scott novel, you should check out her first four novels. They will be available next week in an e-book compilation novel, The Secret Clan: The Complete Series.

Speaking of historical romance, Anna Campbell has written the second book in her ravishing Regency series, Sons of Sin. A Rake’s Midnight Kiss, another exciting offering from Forever, is hitting the shelves today. Scottish AND Regency - now that's a double treat for me.

Book Description: The Knight's Temptress by Amanda Scott
DARING ESCAPE
Sir Ian Colquhoun has never feared danger. So when Lady Lachina MacFarlan is captured by a ruthless enemy, mounting a daring rescue seems only natural for the courageous knight. But once he has Lina safe in his arms, he sees that the prim young girl from his youth has grown into an alluring woman of extraordinary gifts. When circumstances force him to take her as his wife, the stakes - for her life and their growing love - rise even higher.

DANGEROUS DESIRE
Grateful for Ian's bravery, though wary of his recklessness, Lina agrees to his unexpected proposal. As the two begin to know each other as husband and wife, Lina realizes that she desires more than a passionate protector. But when evil threatens both her family and the knight she has come to love, the lady must take the greatest chance of all...

Book Description: A Rake’s Midnight Kiss by Anna Campbell
IT TAKES A LADY
Brilliant scholar Genevieve Barrett's secret identity as the author of her father's articles is her greatest deception-until her father's handsome new student arrives on their doorstep. Genevieve recognizes him as the masked intruder who earlier tried to steal a priceless gem from their home. Keeping the seductive stranger's identity hidden is a risk, but she's got secrets of her own to keep.

TO CATCH A THIEF
Sir Richard Harmsworth fakes a rakish facade to show society that he doesn't care about his bastard status. Yet haunted by his unknown father's identity, Richard believes the Harmsworth Jewel will prove he's the rightful heir. Intent on seducing the stone away from its owner, Richard finds himself face-to-face with a beauty more breathtaking than any jewel. But even as she steals Richard's heart, Genevieve will be in greater danger than her coveted treasure...
