Disclosure: The information and prize pack have been provided by General Mills through MyBlogSpark. Opinions are all mine.
Do you make new year's resolutions? Are you planning to eat (even) healthier, exercise more, lose a few pesky pounds after a bit of overindulgence over the holidays? These are all worthwhile goals, and they are on my list of resolutions for 2014.

Do you need a few quick meal options to help you get back into a healthy routine? Luckily, this can be easy and convenient thanks to all the General Mills Weight Watchers-endorsed products. One week into the new year, you can stop by your neighborhood Publix to stock up. From January 2-12, take advantage of their savings on Weight Watchers-approved products. Some of my favorite soups, frozen veggies and yogurt are included in the promotion. Progresso Light Soups and Green Giant Frozen are BOGO. In addition, you can get yummy Yoplait yogurt at 20/$10.

Remember to check out the Publix EasySaver site for coupon savings on those and other General Mills products. Over the holidays, I ran out of Cheerios - cereal emergency! - and need to get a box or five for the kids. I found a printable coupon for that, as well as coupons for my favorites Cascadian Farm and Larabar.

I really need to stock up on healthy food. I have been trying to increase my yogurt consumption but need food on the shelves for emergencies, like you said. Time to hit the sales!

I love Yoplait chocolate yogurt and got it for the bargain price of 38 cents each. What a great price that was. Thank goodness for price matching.
